Fun musical activities/exericses/games for Very Senior Chorale

I have been conducting a very senior chorale for about four years ( ages range from early 70's to early 90's - average age about 83 or so).  I adore them!  We put on two concerts a year at their residence.  Lately, I've been feeling like I should introduce something new into the rehearsals just to keep things from becoming stale as we prepare our music so if anyone could suggest something clever in the way of activities/exercises/games that might work for seniors, I would really appreciate it.  They like to be challenged a bit but not enough to make them aware of cognitive decline.  I vary the warm up exercises weekly but I"m looking for something more in the way of a game or activity that they would enjoy.
Thanks for any help you can offer!
