"Not Quite the Dean's List -- A concert of almost all 'B's"

Location: Oklahoma, USA
Southwestern Oklahoma State University's vocal/choral program presents its second spring concert, "Not Quite the Dean's List: A Concert of Almost all 'B's." This concert features works whose genesis or composition feature the letter "B" (or, in one case, the word "bee").
Southwestern Singers and Chamber Choir will collaborate with the Southwestern Symphony Orchestra, University of Texas in Arlington's Dr. David Grogan, Southwestern's own Dr. Robin Griffeath, and other artists to perform J. S. Bach's cantata, "Weinen, Klagen, Sorgen, Zagen," Berlioz's "La mort d'Ophélie," John Wilbye's "Sweet honey-sucking bees," and other "be"-guiling works. Admission is free. Please contact Dr. Daniel Farris at daniel.farris@swosu.edu or 580.774.3208.
