Skype in the classroom?

I'm looking for anyone who has used Skype in the classroom in order to get some ideas for how I can use it. I thought it would be cool for my small-ish groups to be able to conference with some students from another school. Has anyone tried this? Has anyone found success with it? What points of discussion were explored? I would love to hear some ideas! Thank you in advance!

Blake,

As a composer, I use Skype a lot to visit with choirs who are singing my music. As far as coaching the music, it's hard to hear balance, dynamic contrast, etc, but it's fun to be able to talk with the singers about the piece and answer questions they have.
