Gender-Neutral Choir Attire - What Companies do You Recommend?

I have the opportunity to suggest changing my school's choir attire from tuxes and dresses to a gender-neutral costume.  I do want my students to have a uniform look, so sending them out in search of "all black" will not be the answer (i.e., too many variations from student to student and from year to year).  What companies do you recommend (akin to Stage Accents) who supply gender-neutral attire options?

Have you considered choir robes?

On a personal note, I've never seen a gender-neutral uniform that is flattering on anyone, other than choir robes. That would be my first suggestion, so I second Richard on this. Have you considered giving students the option of a tux or dress? On the students' side of things, I imagine many young men would enjoy wearing tuxes and many young ladies enjoy wearing a dress over something else. Just some thoughts. Good luck on finding the best look for your group!

I often look to companies other than those that advertise "choral" uniform, such as dance companies, Amazon, etc.  I would think that something with a pant (jumpsuit, etc.) would look good.  Also, purchasing a matching top and asking for cotton slacks (etc.) might also fit your need.  Have you thought about black pants, matching black shirts and a matching colored tie or bow tie for everyone?

We supply white tuxedo shirts, bowties and Cummerbuns to our students and they supply black slacks/knee-length skirts and shoes.  Tuxedo Junction is wonderful to deal with.
